Our vision is an effective and inclusive democracy that empowers all residents to participate civically and thrive in community. In our vision, Black and Brown communities have the long-due access and opportunity to organize, lead, and build power in this democracy. This democracy shapes a free, safe, and connected society based on principles of equity, self-determination, and the abolition of oppressive structures.

We want power to determine the destiny of our communities.
