The Table regrants at least half of our budget each year to partner organizations. We aim to provide significant, reliable, and sustained funding to our partners with a focus on strategic and equitable grantmaking. These grants are leveraged to ensure key program outcomes are achieved around the state and can be used to support urgent needs and rapid response.

Table staff work collaboratively with our partner organizations to develop and enact statewide strategies. We coordinate and support nonpartisan civic education, engagement, and mobilization efforts. Additionally, we participate in coalitions and work groups as organizers and thought partners to promote innovative strategies.

The Table supports capacity building and the overall internal functioning of our partner organizations. We know that in order to have well-organized power, the organizations in our ecosystem must be efficient and have access to best practices, skill building opportunities, and personalized coaching.

Based on the needs of partners, the Table sources and maintains relevant resources and support capacity. This can include learning materials, training, connections, amplification, and even extra hands on deck to contribute in getting out the vote.

We offer data and civic engagement tools for our partners to carry out their work. This includes administration, coaching, training, and technical support for all the data and tools we provide.
